A human-rights activist who specializes in North Korea says recent events clearly indicate that communist dictator Kim Jong Il is in poor health .
Suzanne Scholte is chairman of the North Korea Freedom Coalition. .
"When it was discovered that Kim Jong Il had had this illness that he had, there was a quote that came out from someone within the regime that said 'this is a God-given opportunity.' There was just this sense among people within North Korea that Kim Jong Il's illness is a God-given opportunity for the people of North Korea to push for change," she points out.
