Leaders of the country's largest Lutheran denomination have moved toward a more welcoming view of homosexuality.

Delegates of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, meeting in Minneapolis, approved a "social statement on human sexuality" that acknowledges differing views on homosexuality. It says the ELCA is strong enough to accommodate such differences.
(Is it ok to disagree with God and his word? That is the next question this denomination should handle. God has told us in his word that the sin of homosexuality. If you are still part of this church why? This denomination has left God and God doesn't stay anyplace which doesn't welcome him and his word. That for sure includes churches. Churches should do what the Bible says not what the culture says.)
