The Montana Supreme Court has paved the way for physician-assisted suicide after
judicial activists stretched the original meaning of a clause in the state's
constitution. (See earlier
article)
The court's decision suggests nothing in state law prevents patients
from seeking a doctor's help to kill themselves. Dr. Annie Bukacek, president of
the Montana Pro-Life
Coalition, tells OneNewsNow the ruling states that justices find nothing in
Montana Supreme Court precedent or Montana statutes that decides it is against
public policy.
(This is sad news but it is what happens when a culture like ours takes away the rights of unborn children to be born. Those who warned that if abortion on demand became the law of the land it would just be a start. Some called us nuts but it is looking more and more like we were right.
