So what were the top stories of the decade.
Here are a few news items that I will not forget.
A. April 22, 2000: Armed agents during Holy Week thanks to President Bill Clinton and those who worked with him seize Elian Gonzalez. The kid never got his day in court. Watching film of it reminded me of things that Hitler did. It was a dark day for America.
B. December 13, 2003: Saddam is found in a spider hole.
C. April 16, 2007: A gunman at Virginia Tech kills 32 and then himself.
D. November 4, 2008: Obama is elected President of the USA. Perhaps the big story here is how the media help elect him just helped him get elected because they looked more at his politics, and skin color instead of the character of his soul.
E. It takes a ruling from the highest court in the land to elect Bush over Gore as the President of the USA. The whole thing proved some in the left will do whatever they can to get in to office.
F. President Bush declaring war in Iraq.
G. The top story had to be the 911 attacks. Something we should never forget and I fear because of the current policies of the President we now have we are making another attack very possible.
