Indiana's House is now considering a constitutional amendment to protect marriage between one man and one woman.
The measure passed for the fourth time in the Senate with 80 percent of the vote -- and while its fate in the House is not certain, the Indianapolis Star says it is expected to "meet a quick death."
"The Senate has passed the Marriage Protection Act in Indiana, I believe, five times, and every time the Indiana House has rejected it, refused to give it a hearing or held it up in committee," laments Micah Clark, executive director at the American Family Association of Indiana.
(I have different thoughts on this issue. When a law is needed to protect marriage between one man and one women the chances are it is too late. Those who don't follow God are not about to submit to his will far as marriage goes. I also wish those who are fighting same sex marriage would focus more on saving marriages between one man and one lady. Read more on this issue Indiana
